We first made this sweet cream for our Chai Time experience at the Cincinnati Coffee and Tea festival - it was the sweet snack that accompanied our chai, served with the classic Indian Parle G tea biscuit.
It is amazing with biscuits or cookies (graham crackers are also delicious), but is also great spread on bagels, dip for fruit, or frosting for carrot or pound cake.
You'll Need:
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. whole milk
2.5 tsp. Down the Road Spice Co. Cinnamon Jaggery
Preparation:
Whisk together the cream cheese and milk until combined and spreadable. Add in Cinnamon Jaggery and stir until well combined. Enjoy!
