We make these warm, sweet, buttery apples at least 2 times per week - they're a great afternoon snack with a side of peanut butter and are excellent atop oatmeal or pancakes.
You'll Need:
2 tbsp. unsalted butter
2 tsp. Down the Road Spice Co. Cinnamon Jaggery
2 medium sliced apples (honeycrisp for us, but use your favorite variety!)
Preparation:
- Melt butter in a skillet on medium heat.
- Add cinnamon jaggery, stir to combine and add add apples.
- Cook until soft and enjoy!
