Tandoori Cauliflower “Steaks”

These tandoori cauliflower steaks are substantial and satisfying enough to serve as a main, but can also be shared for a delicious, flavorful side. They're especially delicious served with our Garam Masala Aioli.

You'll Need:

1 lb. cauliflower

3.5 tbsp. Down the Road Spice Co. Tandoori Masala

2 tbsp. olive oil

2 tbsp. fresh lime juice

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Slice cauliflower into “steaks” and coat evenly with tandoori masala, olive oil, and lime juice, making sure to get the marinade in all the crevices of the cauliflower.

Roast 15 minutes, carefully flip and roast another 15 minutes, until edges are crispy and cauliflower is tender and carmelized.
